License for Sitemagic CMS

Sitemagic CMS may be used free of charge by both companies and for personal use. The source code is included in fully readable form, so the system can be adjusted to suit one's needs.

Re-distribution

The source code for Sitemagic CMS, including all basic functionality, extensions and templates, can only be used with Sitemagic CMS, and can therefore not form the foundation for other applications. Corresponding, it is not allowed to create variants of Sitemagic CMS.

Companies may build commercial websites and web applications on Sitemagic CMS with resale in mind, if buyer clearly, and in writing, has been informed that the system is based on Sitemagic CMS. No parts of the original source is in this case allowed to contain modifications or be removed. Addition of new functionality and new appearance is solely permitted using extensions and templates as well as image packages. If a solution is based on non-free compotents for Sitemagic CMS, including extensions for the kernel, extensions, templates, and image packages, it is the supplier of the solution based on Sitemagic CMS, whom is responsible for requesting the necessary licenses.
